Q: Where are the prices?
A: We supply a wide range of customers with varying requirements regarding packaging & quantity.
Prices vary based on volume, buying larger sizes or quantities of an item will result in a lower cost per unit.
Due to the volatile nature of the essential oil market, prices often change.
It is therefore not possible to show prices on this site.
If you would like a price list please e-mail, fax or phone us with your requirements.
Please indicate your business type ( i.e Retailer, Manufacturer, Aromatherapist).
Q: Are your prices wholesale or retail?
A: All our prices are wholesale, we do not retail, nor do we have a showroom or shop.
Q: I don't have a company can I still order from you?
A: Yes, we supply many schools, instructors & individuals/home users all over Europe.
Just let us know the quantities you wish to purchase.
Q: Can you send me a catalogue?
A: In order to keep costs & therefore prices down we do not supply a printed catalogue.
Furthermore a picture of an essential oil is no guide as to it's quality & is therefore of little use.
Q:OK how about sending me samples?
A: We are happy to supply samples.
Unfortunately due to the sheer volume of requests we do charge a small fee & shipping charge for samples.
However this charge will be deducted from any future order you place.

When ordering please provide your name, delivery address e-mail address & contact phone number.
We will issue an order confirmation by return, including our bank details.

Q:OK I've paid, when will I receive my order?
A: Wherever possible your orders will be despatched the same day as payment is received.
All orders within Europe are shipped express courier & are usually delivered the next day.
Please note: we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time as this is beyond our control.
Q: What is your returns policy?
A: Please notify use within 48 hours of any breakage/shortage(s).
In the event that the goods supplied are not what you ordered please notify us immediatley.
Please note: We are unable to exchange goods that have been opened or had the security seal broken.
Q: What guarantees do you offer about the quality of your oils?

All products are batch tested by our "in-house" QC/QA team prior to shipment from the UK

Organoleptic assessment (odour , appearance , taste etc) as appropriate.
Visual evaluation (colour , clarity , foreign materials etc)
Specific Gravity (SG)
Optical Rotation (OR)
Refractive Index (RI)
Flash Point (FP)
Solubility (usually in ethanol)
Product specific tests.

Q:What documentation do you supply with your products?
A:We supply the following documentation:
Essential Oils: MSDS, GC Data sheets & CoA's
Carrier & vegetable oils: MSDS, & CoA's
Cosmetic products: MSDS, INCI sheets(International Nomenclature Cosmetic Ingredients) & CoA
All other products: MSDS & CoA

Q: How are your products packed?
A: Packaging depends on order quantity.
Essential Oils are supplied in UK imported: glass bottles, 1kg Aluminum Flasks, 5kg F/HDPE Polydrums, 25kg F/HDPE Polydrums & 190kg Steel Drums.
Vegetable/Carrier Oils are packed in Glass bottles, 1kg, 5kg, 10kg, 25kg HDPE polys & 190/200kg Steel drums
Q: Can you manufacture a specific product, re-bottle or label your products for me?
A: Sorry, we are a wholesaler only. We do not manufacture, re-bottle or supply a labelling service.
Q:Can I ingest your oils?
A: Essential Oils are widely used in the food & beverage industry as well as pharmaceuticals.
However we do not recommend that you ingest any essential oil unless you are a trained professional.
Because of their concentrated nature many essential oils are potentially toxic & may result in serious illness or even death if ingested.
